All Bougainvillea resist to hot climate but this particular variety can resist up to -10°C : it is very used in Croatia, France and other Countries in which temperatures go under 0°C.
Generally Bougainvillea flowers up to the beginning of Summer : Specto Glabra flowers from April to October without interruptions so you can appreciate flowers even in Summer.
